1. Eligibility and Application
1.1. Applicant Criteria
1.1.1. Applications are open to organisations globally, regardless of size or sector, demonstrating responsible and sustainable practices.
1.1.2. Organisations must not have financial associations with GGA that could compromise the integrity of the Awards.
1.1.3. Agencies can apply for the Organisation on their behalf, as long as written consent has been received by the Agency. GGA takes no responsibility for entries submitted without permission, but if notified of such, reserve the right to withdraw the entry.
2. Entry Process and Conditions
2.1. Categories and Submissions
2.1.1. Organisations may enter multiple categories relevant to their activities and / or submit the same project across different categories but must accept that a single project will not receive gold prizes in multiple categories.
2.1.2. Organisations that have won previously, cannot enter the same project again unless significant developments have been made within the programme. Judges are notified of the previous entry and given a copy of the previous application form.
2.2. Entry Fees
2.2.1. Entry fees are payable for each entry submitted and once the entry is submitted, it is non-refundable. If the Organisation needs to withdraw their entry, it is not eligible for a refund. If the Organisation selected to pay on invoice and the invoice has not been settled at the time of the withdrawal, it is still subject to payment.
2.3. Submission Requirements
2.3.1. The entry period is clearly published on the website all other communication. We cannot guarantee the processing of any entries received after this date (unless a specified extension is offered).
2.3.2. The activities or project must have taken place during the dates specified within each category description.
2.4. Payment Terms
2.4.1. Entry fees are outlined within the online entry process and must either be paid for by credit card or GGA must be provided with an authorised purchase order number. All prices are + VAT at 20% where applicable and will be invoiced from Global Good Communications Limited.
2.4.2. Payment forms the final part of the application, therefore must be made for all entries by a pre-determined and published date prior to Judging Day. If for any reason payment is delayed and the entry has not made the shortlist, or judges withdraw it for non-payment, payment is still due.
2.5. Intellectual Property
2.5.1. By submitting your application, you are confirming that you have the permission of any 3rd party or contributing partner, mentioned in the application, to enter the Awards and that you have obtained the necessary authority to do so.

2.6. Data Protection

3. Judging Process
3.1. Evaluation and Selection
3.1.1. Applications will be scrutinised by our extensive panel of experienced judges, each of them expert in their fields. They reach their decisions on the basis of informed and thoughtful consideration and discussion, and those decisions are final.
3.1.2. Judges reserve the right to award multiple winners in certain categories. They also reserve the right to not award a gold winner if minimum standards are not met.
3.1.3. GGA does NOT select winners based on the quantity of tickets purchased by any particular organisation. The judging process is completely independent of any financial interest.
3.1.4. The Judges’ decision is final and the entrants must not correspond with Judges, prior to the judging process, about the Awards, or try to influence their decisions.
3.1.5. All applications will be provided with feedback from the Judges, which will be made available to the entrant after the Ceremony.
3.1.6. Whilst GGA does not exclude any sectors or countries (with the exception of Russia) from entering, we would expect in the case of contentious or problematic ones to see strong signs of a proven commitment to transformational change, along with evidence that this is well underway. Without that, it’s highly unlikely that the entry would proceed.
3.1.7. GGA reserve the right to exclude from further consideration any entry which might in its eyes pose a risk to the reputation and credibility of the Awards.
3.2. Judging Panel
3.2.1. Judges will be selected to decide on specific categories whereby there is the least chance of a conflict of interest. In the event of a conflict, the Judge will abstain from taking part in the scoring of the entry and may be reassigned to a different category.
3.2.2. Al judges sign and adhere to NDAs upon entering the judging platform, prior to reading any application content.
3.3. Judging Criteria
3.3.1. The Judges will evaluate the applications according to published process on the website and the detailed weighted criteria points to create a shortlist from the entries in each category.
3.3.2. GGA or the judges reserve the right to transfer your entry to another category if it is deemed more suitable and dependant on level of entries per category.
3.3.3. If an entry is transferred, the entry fee remains payable. In the event of a category cancellation, refunds or alternative compensation (as agreed with the applicant) will only be offered to entries that achieved the minimum qualifying score required for shortlisting.
